Ello there fellow DA member! As such, I am also part of the welcoming committee here to help you sort through the hardships of this site. When I say hardships I really don't mean it because there really isnt anything hard about DeviantArt.
Lemme break it down for you,
1. Submit your art/writings/photos - Which I can see you have done. You have conquered basically 50% of DA.
2. Socialize. Want to get noticed? Well first your gonna have to notice others and make friends with people with your same interests. If they like what they see These people become what is known as "watchers" As well as friends. Neat right?

3. Groups. Now groups are another way to get noticed. All one must do is search for group. How? under the "more" button there will be a drop down list. Now I am a founder of this group
And I am inviting you to join this group. This group is formed around the ideas of others. I want people to express their creativity and express them through their art. While we accept most art, there are a few rules but don't worry, Everyone there will help you if you need any help whatso ever. I will also do my best to ensure you have more than enough resources as well.While saying all this, Whether or not you do is totally up to you. Dont worry!
